Hidcote Manor
I first exhibited in Hidcote in June 2023, you can see the artwork here. This meant many visits taking photos of the gardens in the different seasons then producing a body of artwork for the first exhibition.
With another exhibition in March 2025 I have been developing a new body of work and I am just now completing and photographing the various artworks.

Lily In Waiting
This lily was hiding below the pads and I took a photo. My grandson suggested that I paint it and gradually the idea took root

Lily In Hiding
My other grandson insisted I took the photo of this lily just emerging from the pads. This then turned into an artwork.

Autumn Spin
Lie on your back, looking up at the sky through the autumn leaves.

Zig-Zag Landscape
This was painted after the first exhibition and so one that I still have and have saved for now. The view from ha-ha caught my eye with the different colour fields.

Magnolia Blossom
Spring at Hidcote means Magnolia Blossom….

Summer Seed Heads
The Long border in the summer is full of seedheads left after flowering which has inspired a serious of artworks using crystals and wire with the paint.
